Scope : Steel Fabrication .
Acadian Steel was awarded the contract for 3 metro station for the HART project.The Aloha Stadium rail station is expected to be the most highly used station in the entire Honolulu Rail System. The station will be used to travel to and from events at the Aloha Stadium and will also be included in a 600 stall Park and Ride lot for commuters to use. The station’s design is meant to compliment nearby Halawa Valley, featuring native plants and an entry plaza designed to celebrate the ancient Hawaiian season of Makahiki. Travelers will enter across a brass inlay pattern of a constellation used by native Hawaiians to navigate across the Pacific Ocean and identify the arrival of seasons..
PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Assuming responsibility for steel fabrication means, methods, sequencing and procedures
Providing cost, quality, inventory control transparency, monitoring and reporting
Holding on-going project meetings with client and trades to monitor job progress
Scheduling, delivery, receipt and proper storage of all long lead systems and materials.
